🧾 General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers or entrepreneurs (§ 13, § 14 BGB) via the online shop of

(hereinafter referred to as "Seller").
Any differing terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract
The purchase agreement is concluded with CEILITEC.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices include the applicable statutory value added tax plus shipping costs.
Shipping costs are listed on the shipping information page and are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery within Germany is handled by our shipping partner (e.g., GLS). Delivery times can be found in the product descriptions.
Delivery to parcel lockers or post offices is currently not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available (depending on the selection in the shop):
- Prepayment / Bank transfer
- credit card
- PayPal
- Klarna or instant bank transfer
Payment processing is carried out in accordance with the conditions specified in the order process.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal, as described in the cancellation policy .
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply.
We are always liable without limitation for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives or agents:
- in case of injury to life, body or health,
- in the case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in the case of warranty promises, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory provisions of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
If the customer is an entrepreneur, the place of performance and jurisdiction is the seller's place of business.
